My house and work space is really small, so I need a small, lightweight (but sturdy) folding table for machine knitting. Existing tables are big, expensive and hard to find. I've got several machine knitting friends who would also appreciate a table like this, and the table should be useful for sewing as well. I've got a workshop where I can make the table, provided that the design can be realized with my existing tools. My main design interest is anything three dimensional, so this will be an interesting and useful problem to solve.
